Terms of Service

1. The service
CS Solutions AI (operated by CitySoft Solutions) provides a platform for creating AI chat agents that can be embedded on your website, along with a dashboard for managing agents, knowledge content, conversations, analytics, and notification channels. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any organization on whose behalf you use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' data. You are responsible for the content you upload to train your agents and for how you use data collected from your website visitors, including complying with privacy laws that apply to you.
4. AI-generated content
Agent responses are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The service is not a substitute for professional advice, and you should review how your agents behave before and after deploying them. You are responsible for the information your agents present to your visitors.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable prior notice.
6. Data
Our handling of account, chat, and lead data is described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. You may request deletion of your data by contacting sales@cssolutions.ai.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
